Anthony has spent over fifteen years helping companies establish sourcing and sales relationships around the world. He currently focuses on creating import/export strategies for companies entering new markets. He has partnered with Overseas American Chambers of Commerce, Universities, World Trade Centers, Governments and Associations. He has held the titles of Director of Education and Trade Services for the South Carolina World Trade Center, Director of Trade Services for the World Trade Centers Association in New York, Director of Trade Service for the World Trade Center Denver, President of THI Mexico, and International Sales Manager for a number of clients. Mr. Russo is considered a subject matter expert for international business and trade.
With the goal of growing and promoting the state’s manufacturing industry, South Dakota Manufacturing & Technology Solutions (SDMTS) was established in 2010 as a Manufacturing Extension Partnership (MEP) center.
MEP is a national network focused on assisting small to medium-sized manufacturing companies. Each state has its own affiliate staffed with experienced business advisers and a variety of resources to drive success for manufacturers at all stages of growth.
Resources and advising are available from SDMTS on an array of topics including lean, quality, employee leadership, finance, workforce development, operations, supply chain, sales and marketing, and automation.
SDMTS’ main office is located in Sioux Falls with satellite locations in Rapid City, Watertown, and Aberdeen. The mission of SDMTS is to help our SD manufacturers prosper and grow.
