How Legalized Marijuana May Impact Your Workforce

Two words becoming top-of-mind for many manufacturing executives today are "marijuana" and "workforce." With the recent legalization of recreational and medical marijuana in South Dakota, new questions arise about how business leaders can keep their employees safe.

Executives face new complexities as they try to operate their businesses, keep workers safe and productive, and deal with the realities of employees taking advantage of these changes.

Steve Schad gave his interpretation of the amendment and provided some recommendations leaders should consider taking moving forward.
